Every year about thirty people in the UK die from carbon monoxide poisoning caused by gas appliances and flues that have not been properly installed or maintained. Many others also suffer ill health.

You can’t smell it, see it or taste it.

At Eastlands Homes, we service all gas appliances annually, in line with your tenancy agreement and the law. You must give us access to your home to do this essential safety work.

Any customers who refuse to let us in will face legal action - for which they will be charged - and may even lose their home.

If you are not around when our gas engineer calls, you will be left a card asking you to contact us to arrange another time.

We won't take risks with your life and neither should you.
