It’s time to welcome our new neighbours as more than 5,200 Manchester City council tenants join Eastlands Homes.

The transfer of the properties from Gorton North, Gorton South, Longsight, Levenshulme, Ardwick and Rusholme took place on Monday 30 March 2009.

This is great news for everyone as growing in size allows us to provide even better value for money - especially important in the current financial climate.

We are also joined by more than 150 staff from the council and some new recruits from elsewhere, further strengthening our management and staff structures. No doubt you'll see a few new faces around as well as the staff you're already familiar with.
