Paying Your Rent

There are lots of ways to pay your rent

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to pay your rent and service charges. That's why there are so many different ways for you to pay.

Please remember however, that your tenancy agreement states that you should pay your rent and service charges in advance. So any payment plan or method that you wish to use, must take this into account.

You can make your payments in the following ways:

Direct Debit is the best way to pay – please use this option if you can. You can pay weekly or monthly and we can help you set this up over the phone, there is no need to fill in a form if you have a bank account in your name and you are the tenant.

Standing Order. Please contact us as you will need our bank details. Make sure you use your 7 digit Eastlands Homes reference number.

It pays to keep up with the rent

You must keep up with the rent to live in an Eastlands Homes. We’ll always help if  you have money problems, but you must contact us straight away so we can help you work out a realistic way to sort things out.  We take court action against non-payers and those who don’t keep to an agreement to pay off arrears – that could mean losing your Eastlands Home.
