
Our Customer Involvement programme is a way to get involved and have your say about the services we provide and tell us what you want.
The word ‘customer’ is used to mean anyone that lives in a home managed by Eastlands Homes, including:
- Tenants and leasholders
- Former tenants who have bought their home
- People on the housing register
- People living in east Manchester who may be affected by our regeneration objectives or the services we offer
There are lots of ways you can get involved, from joining one of our specialist panels, to becoming a mystery shopper to test our services. We have a youth forum, a group for the over 60’s and much more.
