Homes in Ardwick, Longsight, Levenshulme, Rusholme and Gorton have benefited from £15m of improvements since transferring to Eastlands Homes in March 2009.  This is just the start: over the next four years there will be a further £100m invested in these properties to bring them up to and beyond the government’s Decent Homes standard.  This work will also help to bring benefits to the community: environmental improvements, local jobs and training places.
