How have we done so far?

Before the investment programme started our targets were:

  • By the end of the 5-year investment programme to have made 20,000 improvements. In the first year we have made 4,000 improvements even though we didn't start on site until June.
  • All homes to reach the Decent Homes standard and beyond. At the start of the programme 986 out of 5,237 homes met the standard. At the start of March 2010 there are now 1,596 homes that meet the standard.
  • All homes to have at least one improvement by March 2011. We are well on track to achieve this, over 3,000 out of 5,237 homes have already reacieved at least one improvement.
