In years 3-5 of the programme (from April 2011 to March 2014) we will:

• carry on fitting new kitchens and bathrooms and carrying out rewires and boiler replacements where needed to meet our promises and Decent Homes standards
• carry out improvements to our sheltered accommodation blocks
• start a programme of improving the appearance of our multi-storey blocks, fitting insulation and new windows
• start a major programme of environmental works
• carry out roofing and other external improvements across all areas
