Eastlands Homes is a not for profit housing association with 8,000 properties across east and south-east Manchester. We were formed in 2003 to take over Manchester City Council properties in east Manchester and have recently grown even further thanks to our excellent track record of delivering on our promises.  In 2007 the Audit Commission said we provide a 'good housing service with excellent prospects for improvement'.
