If you are already a tenant you may apply to exchange your home with another Eastlands Homes tenant or a tenant of another Housing Association or Local Authority. This is subject to certain conditions.
We may not approve an exchange application if the property that you are leaving or wish to move to would be under/over occupied as a result. We may also refuse the application if you owe us money or you have allowed your property to fall into a poor condition.
What if I want to transfer to another Eastlands Homes property?
You will still have to register your details on the Housing register and your application will be assessed and prioritised based on your level of need.
