As an Eastlands Homes customer you don't have to worry about finding a tradesperson at random from the phone book. You get to enjoy our own in-house repairs service that covers any repairs problems, from plumbing to electrical work.

Response times - we aim to respond to you quickly and efficiently:

  • 3 hours – day or night, weekends or bank holidays for emergencies.
  • 5 working days for urgent work.
  • 10 working days for routine jobs..
  • 45 working days if your day to day life isn't affected or the work needs specialist manufacture.
