As Eastlands Homes is now part of the One Manchester Housing Group, we have introduced a brand new Repairs Policy. Our Repairs Policy guide contains lots of information about the level of service you can expect from Eastlands Homes when you report a repair, including important information about how we prioritise jobs and what types of repair Eastlands Homes offers and those that are outside our service offer.
Ordering a repair
Customers can order a repair in a number of ways:
Email - Send details, including your name and address to email@example.com
Phone - You can ring us to order a repair on 0330 355 1000 between 8am and 5.30pm weekdays (except bank holidays). Call this number outside these hours and on bank holidays for emergencies only.
Write or visit in person - you can report your repair at our offices or to your local neighbourhood officer at:

- Cornbrook House, 217 Stockport Road, Ardwick, Manchester, M12 4DY
- Eastlands House, Victoria Street, Openshaw, Manchester, M11 2NX
Online - In the spring of 2017 customers will also be able to order repairs online 24 hours a day, seven days a week using our simple online repairs system, choosing a time that suits you best from the onscreen appointments.
We will immediately order the repair or arrange an appointment to check exactly what needs doing. The more urgent it is, the quicker we will do it. We will come to emergency repairs within 24 hours.
If the repair is indoors, we will agree a suitable appointment with you within our timescales. We will offer an appointment for the majority of repairs at the time the repair is reported and, where possible this will be at a date and time convenient for the customer. A range of appointment times are available Monday to Friday up to 5.30PM.
We will also send you reminders via text message before your appointment. If you are not in for your repair appointment you may be charged for the callout.
In addition to this One Manchester will launch its new handyperson service in the New Year 2017. This will be a service paid for in advance, for repairs that are outside our service offer. This service will be available to customers, leaseholders, staff and general members of the public living within One Manchester postcodes.
