We have a several staff networking groups covering a range of themes and issues:
Cultural Awareness Group
Meet quarterly to discuss aspects of faith, culture, cultural festivals, ethnic differences, and more. The group will also be involved in publicity activities. There is a link to Social Club for event organisation in conjunction with a lead person from the group.
Disability Interest Group
Meet quarterly (based on ongoing work of the group) to look at policies that relate to staff and may have an implication for disabled staff. A recent project has been the development and introduction of a Staff Support Plan for disabled. Other projects may come from group members.
Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Group
The LGBT staff group provides a social network for staff and will be responsible for moving forward LGBT issues with the organisation. They also act as a consultative group for policy and procedure.
