How to Report a Repair

You can report a repair in one of two ways - either online or by telephone.

If you want to speak to us about the problem, please call us and one of our trained staff will work with you to find out what the problem is and to arrange a convenient appointment.

We currently offer four appointment slots each day PLUS evening and weekends for emergencies or in exceptional circumstances.

How do I report an emergency repair outside normal office hours?

Don't worry. If you have an emergency repair call us straightaway anytime day or night, weekend or bank holiday. If it's an emergency someone will call out within three hours – all paid for within the rent – something that home owners don't get.
